The culture is a mix of many cultures and where employees are very self-motivated.

How is the social life at Ferring?
There are a wide range of social events at Ferring. Examples are the choir Ferring Singers, Sport Club and events, exhibitions with the Art Club and tasting and cooking events with the Gourmet Club. These events make it possible to meet colleagues outside your own department. At least once a year my group arranges a social event followed by a private visit to each other, it gives group cohesiveness.

How do you like working across cultures? (Ferring has 25 different nationalities.)
It's challenging that the corporate communication is in English. When working in an environment with a lot of different cultures it ends up creating a common cultural understanding and behaviour.

How does Ferring make a difference for our society and the rest of the world?
Ferring contributes to our society and the world with knowledge and medicine for those in need. Ferring is a front-runner in promoting integration through the job.

 I make a difference for me, that I personally develop myself and Ferring is supporting my studies. I'm able to work on different projects at the same time ,it gives a lot of challenges and a variation in my daily work.
